    Hi, I'm Michelle.

    I'm a personal trainer, and I train the way I live: with the belief that strength is not a young woman's game. The women I work with aren't chasing a bikini body — they're building the strength to carry their own groceries, keep up with their grandkids, travel without worry, and stay in their own homes on their own terms.

    Many of my clients had never touched a weight before we met. That's not an obstacle. That's my favourite starting point.
